Iva
She is a graduate academic sculptor and certified Dharma Yoga teacher. She began her basic 200-hour yoga school education in 2012 in Zagreb with the teacher and mentor Sandra Petra Pintarić, the founder of Dharma Yoga in Croatia. Inspired by the yogic way of life and knowledge, as well as a desire for new ideas and artistic creations.
Iva left Croatia and lived in New York City for a full seven years, where she had the opportunity to learn the original knowledge of yoga from one of the greatest teachers of today, Sri Dharma Mittra, as well as other world-renowned teachers of Veda and Bhakti Yoga whom she met during her life in America.
In 2018, she fulfilled her dream and supplemented her education with the teacher Sri Dharma Mittra at the Dharma Yoga Center in New York City, with an additional 300 hours with the official title of Dharma Yoga teacher – Level II and III (500 hours), in 2024 at the World Dharma Yoga Congress in London.
In 2019, she returned to her hometown of Zagreb and founded Yoga & Art Studio, where she leads yoga classes and creative workshops with light.
Living with hearing and vision impairment and with a developed understanding of people in this disability group, she transmits her knowledge of yoga to the visually impaired and hard of hearing.

On her path of yoga through the world, she has attended numerous yoga camps, retreats, workshops, master classes, and Maha Sadhanas in Zagreb, Varaždin, Split, Ljubljana, London, Washington, New York, and in Belgium, the Netherlands, Mexico, and Colombia.
During the lockdown period and after the Zagreb earthquake, she went to her favorite island of Hvar, withdrew from the city rhythm, and found peace in nature, where she integrated her acquired knowledge and began a new life and creative work.
She leads group and individual yoga classes, designs lamps (small luminous objects), hand-makes tapestries, and uses tufting to make rugs, wall decor, and decorative mirrors. By profession, she is also a hairdresser, and in her free time, she engages in massage.
She supports plant-based nutrition and a simple way of life in harmony with nature.

Tana Car (Kirtana)
Born in 1986 in Zagreb. She actively engaged in show jumping for most of her life. In 2008, she completed her riding coach school at the French National School in Saumur (ENE) and continued to work as a professional rider in Slovenia, Germany, and as a coach in Croatia. When her professional career began to wind down, she turned her love and passion for mountains, snow, and skiing into a job as a ski instructor, spending winters in the Dolomites teaching children and adults.
In 2019, she discovered the path of Bhakti Yoga, and since then, her life has gained a whole new meaning. She turned to spirituality and a more conscious way of living. Soon after, she enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training (200) at the Dharma Yoga School Zagreb under the guidance of mentor and teacher Sandra Petra Pintarić. She completed her training four years later due to an accident that prompted her to slow down the rhythm of life and stopped her on the island of Krk, where she still lives today.
She recently opened Yoga Kutak in Njivice, where she teaches yoga classes and organizes Kirtan evenings.
Waldorf primary school awakened Tana's love for working with her hands and creating, so in her free time, she creates jewelry using the macrame technique, knits, and works with wood.
Macrame is an ancient technique of hand-tying knots with which, using rope, wool, or cotton threads, without the use of needles or hooks, decorative and functional items are created, such as wall decorations, plant hangers, lamp shades, fashion accessories and bags, and clothing. Macrame technique is also used to make jewelry, and in combination with semi-precious stones, Tana creates real wonders.
She loves nature and the simplicity of living in harmony with it.
